When you apply for a job via our website or by other means, and to make it possible for us to help you find a suitable job, we collect your personal data through your resume, linkedin profile and registration process.  Such data includes, but is not limited to :

– The basic identity information you provide us, such as your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, employer and position;

– Your career history;

– References;

– CV;

– Other personal data that you provide to us.

We collect these personal data partly because it is necessary to pursue our legitimate interest as a service provider in recruitment and selection to present suitable candidates to our clients who rely on us to fill their vacancies.

Without this data, we cannot search for a suitable job for you.

On the other hand, with your express and unambiguous consent, we collect this personal data in order to contact you with regards to possible future opportunities whereby we add your data to our recruitment reserve.

In both cases, this specifically involves the following:

In the second case, that is, when you consent to be added to our recruitment reserve, that addition includes, in particular;

If you are a client or supplier, we collect the following personal data:

– The professional contact information you provide to us;

– Your job title;

– Your company;

– Financial data;

– Data about your interaction with us;

– Your feedback about our services;

– Our feedback about services you provide as a supplier.

We collect this data because it is necessary to pursue our legitimate interest in entering into and performing our agreement with your employer or client.  This means, among other things, that we will process your personal data for the purposes of archiving agreements, order processing, invoicing and accounting.

We will keep your personal data for at least as long as you are or represent our customer or supplier and for up to 10 years after the termination of our relationship with you.  If you cease to work as a representative for our customer or supplier, we will de-identify your personal data to the extent possible as soon as we become aware of it, without, however, affecting the integrity of certain records such as agreements, orders and invoices.

CARE 4 PEOPLE undertakes to take reasonable, physical, technological and organizational precautions in order to prevent 1) unauthorized access to your personal data, as well as 2) loss, misuse or alteration of your personal data. CARE 4 PEOPLE will keep all personal data, which it has collected, in the cloud (with data center(s) within the EU and managed by https://www.coachieving.be (Pieter Haijen, certified expert). Notwithstanding CARE 4 PEOPLE’s security policy, the controls it carries out and the actions it takes in this regard, an infallible level of security cannot be guaranteed. No method of transmission or transfer over the Internet or any method of electronic storage is 100% secure, so CARE 4 PEOPLE cannot guarantee absolute security in this context. Finally, the security of your account also depends on the confidentiality of your password. CARE 4 PEOPLE will never ask you for your password so you are obliged not to disclose it yourself. If you have nevertheless disclosed your password to a third party – for example because that third party has indicated that it offers you additional services – that third party will be able to use your password to gain access to your account and to your personal data. In that case, you will be liable for the actions taken through the use of your account.
